Please be informed of the following:
SUSPENSION OF NON-CRITICAL CONSUMER SERVICES
The operations of less critical services will be suspended from 22 April 2020.

Standalone outlets that only sell beverages, packaged snacks, confectioneries or desserts will be required to close their outlets;
-
Hairdressing and barber services will be required to close their outlets.
The mall will continue with normal operation to provide access to essential services establishments. For information on stores that remain open, please refer to the mall’s store directory.
ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON SELECTED BUSINESSES
Additional restrictions will be placed on selected businesses to further reduce customer interactions:

Optical shops can operate by appointment only; walk-in customers are not allowed;

Pet supplies stores and retail laundry services must close their physical stores, but are permitted to provide online sales and delivery.
TEMPERATURE SCREENING
Temperature screening will be conducted at malls and supermarkets from 22 April 2020.
UPDATES ON ACCESS TO MALL

All lifts and escalators access will be restricted to levels with essential services that are still in operation.

Entrances beside POSB Bank, UOB Bank and Fresver Beauty will be closed.

Basement 1 to Level 2 toilets will be opened. Toilets on other floors will be closed.

B1 carpark is closed, along with entrance beside KFC.

Basement 3 carpark will be closed.
Please look out for directional signages in the mall.
All shoppers are required to wear a mask when entering the mall. Anyone without a mask will be denied entry.
CLOSURE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER
The Customer Service Counter will be temporarily closed till further notice. The following services will be suspended for the time being:
Sale/Redemption of AsiaMalls Gift Voucher
Scanning of receipts for AMperkz points
Extension of validity dates will be made for all affected Partners’ redemption letters during this period. Redemption of AsiaMalls Gift Voucher will be made available once the Customer Service Counter resumes full operations.
In the meantime, you can look out for our Safe Distancing Ambassadors who will be present at the mall to assist you with your queries and guide you to practise safe distancing from one another.
AsiaMalls will continue to put in place the set of safe distancing measures to ensure the safety of everyone.
