Where is the Nursing Room?The nursing room is located at Level 5. It is only accessible via Lifts 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Where can I top up my cash card?You may do so via the various ATM machines located in the mall, at the 7-11 outlet near the taxi-stand at Level 1, or the i-NETS kiosk located near the taxi-stand at Level 1.

How do I get to Level 5 and Level 6?Level 5 and 6 is only accessible via Lifts 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Are there any clinics located in the mall?We have Eu Yan Sang TCM located at Level 5 and Tiong Bahru Medical Centre located at Central Plaza, #01-03/04.

Is there any Singapore Pools outlet in the mall?Yes, it is located at basement 1, inside NTUC Fairprice.

Is there a Best Denki/Harvey Norman/Courts in the mall?Currently we do not have a best Denki/Harvey Norman/Courts in the mall. However, we do have Challenger (located at Level 3) that sells electronic items, as well as Japan Home (Level 1) that sells certain home appliances.

Are there any photocopying services around?We have Standard Photo at Basement 1 that provides photocopying services.

Is there an OCBC branch here?Currently we do not have any OCBC bank outlet here. However, we do have an ATM that is located within NTUC Fairprice, at Basement 1. The nearest OCBC bank outlet is at Harbourfront, level 2.
9.
Is there a Post Office here?Currently we do not have any Post Office here. The nearest Post Office branch is located at Blk 28, which is about 1 bus-stop away. The nearest Post Box is located near the bus stop, just opposite Tiong Bahru Plaza.

Where is Popular Bookstore?Popular Bookstore is located on the 3rd level. You can access it by either taking the escalator, or via Lift Number 6 and 7.
