Molly the Mobile Library @ Tiong Bahru Plaza

Tiong Bahru Plaza now offers the convenience of a mobile library every last Sunday of the month. Molly the Mobile Library will offer shoppers the chance to borrow books or to check their book loan records. There are even fun programmes such as art workshops, story telling and skit performances on board the bus. 

This library on wheels was remodelled from an SBS bus to resemble a real library. Housing some 3,000 books which are replenished daily, the bus has a borrowing station and e-kiosk where users can check books-loan records and pay fines using ez-link cards. Molly also runs programmes like art workshops, storytelling and skit performances.  

The cheery library-on-wheels gives book lovers a chance to literally hop onto a journey into the fascinating world of books. 

So hop onto Molly the Mobile Library at Tiong Bahru Plaza every last Sunday of the month from 12 noon till 5pm, at Tiong Bahru Plaza Loading Bay next to Central Plaza.
