Within days of moving, Chloe soon learns that her new home is under the attack of hungry, man-eating beasts known as Troggs.
The gnomes engage Chloe and her new friend, Liam (Josh Peck), in the struggle to keep the Troggs from destroying the town. In their quest, Chloe must decide between the pursuit of a desired high school life or taking up the fight against the Troggs.

Goosebumps is a live-action movie based on the best-selling novels by R.L. Stine, and stars Dylan Minnette as Zach Cooper, a young teen who is unhappy about moving from a big city to a small town. However, his spirits are soon lifted when he discovers a silver lining after meeting his lovely neighbour Hannah (Odeya Rush).
Hannah's eccentric father, however, seems to keep her at home like a prisoner. Curious, Zach and his friend Champ (Ryan Lee) investigate, only to discover that R.L. Stine (Jack Black), the mega-best-selling author of the "Goosebumps" series, is Hannah’s father!
Zach’s snooping accidentally unleashes an abominable snowman, a ventriloquist dummy named Slappy, and other creatures from Stine’s original manuscripts of wonderful tales. The kids must now try to put a stop to the mayhem, by returning the monsters to their rightful places, and restore peace in the neighbourhood.

When Mavis gets anxious about Dennis not showing any signs of being a vampire when he turns five, she decides that a monster-filled hotel may not be the best environment for her son to grow up in.
In search of a new home, the couple travels to California to visit Jonathan's parents and check out the neighbourhood. In the meantime, young Dennis is left in the care of Grandpa Drac, who takes Dennis on a road trip to a monster-in-training boot camp.
