A. GENERAL TERMS 

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully. 
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as a FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP ​ ​

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls.​
   
   ​Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.​ ​
   
   
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.​ ​
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.​ 
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.​ ​

C. REDEMPTION 

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards / additional perks: 

Redeem a $15 FRx Gift Card when you spend at participating restaurants. 
From 2 June to 29 June 2025 

Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. 

• Minimum spend of $30 in a single transaction at selected FRx participating F&B stores. 
• Limited to first 50 redemptions daily.
• Present your member QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same FRx account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2, to redeem a $15 FRx Gift Card. 
• Limited to a single redemption per FRx member per day regardless of total amount spent, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. 
• A $15 FRx Gift Card will be credited to member's FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when the qualifying purchase is met. 
• The stored value in each gift card expires 1 year from the date of issue.

• Lucky draw chances are tabulated on a transaction basis. For example, if  you spend $50 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $100 at another store, you receive another one lucky draw chance. If you spend $150 in two transactions, you will only receive two lucky draw chances.
• Fifty (50) winners will be drawn on 1 July 2025.

D. LUCKY DRAW

1. ‘Meal On Us’ (“Promotion”) is organised and promoted by Tiong Bahru Plaza LLP (“Tiong Bahru Plaza”) and the Promotional Period is from 2 June to 29 June 2025.  
2. The Management and employees of Tiong Bahru Plaza and Frasers Property Singapore are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws. 
3. FRx members earn one electronic lucky draw chance with minimum $50 spent in a single transaction at participating FRx stores within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when the spending requirement is met and when the member’s FRx QR Code is scanned at participating stores. 
4. Lucky draw chances are also tabulated on a transaction basis, e.g. if you spend $50 at a store, you receive one lucky draw chance. If you spend $100 at another store, you receive another lucky draw chance. For the spending of $150 in two transactions, you receive two lucky draw chances. 
5. Fifty (50) lucky draw winners will be selected in a random computerised drawing, which will be conducted at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, Central Plaza Singapore 168730 on 1 July 2025. 
6. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results. The winners will also be announced via Facebook (@fps.TiongBahruPlaza), Instagram (@tiongbahruplazasg) and website (www.tiongbahruplaza.com.sg).  
7. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind. The prize includes the following: A $100 FRx Gift Card.
8. The Winner shall agree to being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organised by the Prize Sponsor or its related corporations for publicity, sales and marketing, and promotional purposes without any compensation.  
9. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.  
10. The “Promotional Period” runs for twenty-eight (28) days, from 2 June 2025 to 29 June 2025. The official time is Singapore GMT+8. 
11. All decisions made by the Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza relating to the Contest are final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained. 
12. All winners will be determined by The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza (whose decision shall be final) after the promotional period ends. 
13. Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and reserves the right to disqualify any winner:
    - who is found to have tampered with the Promotion process;
    - who is found to have participated in the Promotion under circumstances that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
    - who has, in the opinion of Tiong Bahru Plaza, engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct which jeopardises, or may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion; and/or who has engaged in conduct in participating in the Promotion which is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Tiong Bahru Plaza. 
14. Tiong Bahru Plaza legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such disqualified persons are reserved.
15. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Tiong Bahru Plaza will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.
16. Tiong Bahru Plaza assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize collection. 
17. Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize becomes unavailable. Cash will not be offered and the prizes are not transferable.
18. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Promotion, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Promotion, (b) amend these terms & conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.
19. Data of each FRx member will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, FRx members consent to and grant Tiong Bahru Plaza the right to use the Promotion submission (images/videos) for marketing, promotion and/or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.
20. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza holds the right to reschedule, change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdraw or cancel this Lucky Draw and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at its absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party
