Yup, you read right. Our "Grab and Be Spotted to Win" giveaway is back for another round of smiles!
Be spotted paying with GrabPay via the Frasers Experience (FRx) app at any of the participating retailers located across three malls, for a chance to win a $50 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card on the spot!
Roving ambassadors will be on the lookout for six lucky shoppers per mall every Saturday from 26 February to 12 March 2022.
So, mark your calendars and be spotted shopping for the things you love with GrabPay via the FRx app to win!
Winners will be showcased on Frasers Property Retail and respective malls’ social media platforms. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for regular updates from the roving ambassadors during the giveaway period.

A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory - Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd (FPRM), the holder of Frasers Property Digital Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.
3. Payment with GrabPay via the FRx app is currently available at participating retailers. Check in-store for the payment mode accepted on FRx app.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
2. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at
www.FrasersExperience.com.
3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:
Get a $5 or $10 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card with a minimum spend of $30 or $60 respectively. In addition, get up to 2% back in GrabRewards points with every $1 spent, and 2X Frasers Points with a minimum spend of $10.

Scan your FRx member QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spending must be scanned to the same FRx account. Payment must be made with GrabPay via the FRx app.

A $5 or $10 Frasers Property Digital Gift Cards will be issued to FRx members who spend a minimum of $30 or $60 respectively using GrabPay via the FRx app at participating retailers.

Limited to one transaction per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Qualifying FRx members will receive an in-app notification once the Digital Gift Card is successfully added to the FRx member’s FRx e-wallet.

Frasers Property Digital Gift Cards are accepted at participating retailers ("Gift Card Participating Merchants") at the malls managed by FPRM ("Frasers Property Malls"), the full list of which may be obtained from http://bit.ly/FrasersDGC.

2X Frasers Points will be issued for every GrabPay transaction via the FRx app with a minimum spend of $10 capped at 500 bonus points per day.

Get up to 2% back in GrabRewards points with every $1 spent via the FRx app.

Only GrabPay credits are accepted for transactions through GrabPay via the FRx app. FRx members are required to top up their GrabPay wallet with sufficient credits before making their purchase.

Payment confirmation will be reflected in the Grab app. FPRM will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful transactions due to insufficient GrabPay Credits or any other reason. For any payment-related inquiries, please contact Grab Help Centre.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, Frasers Experience (FRx) members must scan their FRx member QR code in the app when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Property Digital Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, FRx members must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.
5. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.
6. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at the respective mall’s Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.
7. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
8. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at the respective mall’s Customer Service.
9. The Management of Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
D. GIVEAWAY
1. The giveaway is “Grab and Be Spotted to Win” and the “giveaway period” is from 26 February to 12 March 2022. There will be six (6) winners per mall for a total of 18 winners. Each will receive a $50 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card at the respective malls as indicated in the table below.

2. Prizes are as follows:

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.

3. To qualify for the giveaway:

Participants must be over 18 years of age at the start of the giveaway period, must have a valid FRx account (for verification purposes). FPRM reserves the right to disqualify any participant with a fictitious or phantom FRx account.
Each person can win only one (1) prize.
Participant’s details must be provided after they are selected as a winner. Selected winners must provide the last four characters of their NRIC number eg. XXXX567A, Full Name as per NRIC, Date of Birth, E-mail Address and Mobile Number.
4. The official time is Singapore GMT+8.
5. FPRM will award 18 winners throughout the giveaway period (26 February to 12 March 2022), with each winner getting a $50 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card. The winners will be awarded on the spot, at the respective malls.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, the eligibility of all participants would be subject to FPRM’s decision. All matters relating to the “Giveaway” are final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
7. All winners will be determined by the Management of FPRM (whose decision shall be final).
8. FPRM assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a participant may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or in order to attend a prize presentation or prize collection.
9. FPRM reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize become(s) unavailable. Cash will not be offered, and the prizes are not transferable.
10. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this Giveaway, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, FPRM reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the Giveaway, (b) amend these terms and conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.
11. Data of each participant will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Giveaway. By joining this giveaway, participants consent to and grant FPRM the right to use the giveaway submission (images / videos) for marketing, promotion and / or advertisement purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for an unlimited number of times
12. FPRM’s decision on the giveaway results is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
13. FPRM reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the giveaway subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
