A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 13 Frasers Property Retail developments:

Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands

2. To apply, download the FRx App, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found at www.FrasersExperience.com.

3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx App or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx App or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

B. REDEMPTION

Non-perishable food items that are opened and unused with at least 4-week shelf life such as staples, beverages, condiments, snacks, canned food and dried preserved food. Loose items are not allowed.
The mall reserves the right to decline food items that are unsuitable for donation.
Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Redemption at level 2, Customer service Counter.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, FRx members must scan their QR code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Digital Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

5. All instant reward benefits may vary across all malls. Please check details at Tiong Bahru Plaza's Customer Service.

6. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.

2. Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction at participating stores to clock spending. FRx members automatically qualify when 1 transaction is recorded on FRx account.

3. The Top 12 Spenders are selected based on their total transaction value for the whole period from 18 March to 17 April 2022. Should there be any rejected orders, these transactions will not qualify for the total transaction value for the period.

4. Open to all residents of Singapore of at least 18 years of age and is a Frasers Experience (FRx) member except management, directors, tenants and their staff of the malls, employees and immediate family members (spouse and children), marketing agencies, and all related partners and vendors of Frasers Property Singapore.

5. The Top 12 Spenders will be announced via our announcement post on Tiong Bahru Plaza’s social media platforms (IG: tiongbahruplazasg, FB: fpr.tiongbahruplaza) on the 30th of April.

6. The Top 12 Spenders will be notified via email/or mobile number.

7. Prize collection will be at Customer Service Counter, Level 2, Tiong Bahru Plaza, 298 Tiong Bahru Road Singapore 168730 from 1 May to 15 May 2022, from 11am to 9pm. Collection on behalf is allowed and the winner’s representative must provide full details before collection and bring the original authorisation letter upon collection. Prizes cannot be mailed to winners. Winners will self-collect the uCozy Marvel Neck & Shoulder Massager/uMoby Neck Massager at OSIM Tiong Bahru Plaza #02-115. OSIM will arrange the delivery for uDivine V Massage Chair/uThrone Gaming Massage Chair.

8. Each prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days upon the announcement of the winners, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza’s discretion.

9. If any prize is unclaimed or declined after 15 May 2022, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified date.

10. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize or in order to attend a prize presentation or prize collection.

11. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize become(s) unavailable. Cash will not be offered, and the prizes are not transferable.

12. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or in kind.

13. The information provided in ‘Personal Profile’ of the participant’s FRx account must be accurate, true and complete at the time of participation. Participants who have provided incomplete and/or inaccurate information will be disqualified, and the management shall not have any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason for such disqualification.

14. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Top 12 Spenders campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

15. In the event of actual or suspected fraud or abuse, such as but not limited to plagiarism, and/or errors affecting the proper operation of this contest, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, the Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to (a) end or suspend the contest, (b) amend these terms and conditions, (c) declare void the notification of winner(s) and reselection of winner(s), or any combination of these resolution methods.

16. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza’s decision on the Top 12 Spenders result is deemed as final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

17. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the contest subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, each participant shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
