TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
 
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 13 Frasers Property Singapore developments:
 
Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point, and White Sands.
 
2. To apply, download the FRx app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play, and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.
 
3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
 
4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore developments.

B. REDEMPTION
 
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:

Get a $10 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card when you spend $100 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions with your Citi Credit Card.
From 11 March 2022
 
Scan your FRx member QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
 
Participating malls are Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands. 
 
  • Minimum spend of $100 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions for a $10 Frasers Property Digital Gift Card when you pay with your Citi Credit Card. Full payment must be made via Citi Credit Card.
  • Present up to 3 Citi Credit Card charge slip(s) at participating Malls of Frasers Property Customer Service to qualify (excluding Hougang Mall supermarket transactions).
  • Charge slips must be from the same Citi Credit Card.  
  • Applicable to in-store purchase and electronic transactions at the participating Malls of Frasers Property only. Makan Master and eStore transactions are excluded.
  • Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. 
  • Frasers Property Digital Gift Card will be credited to your FRx e-wallet at Customer Service when you meet the qualifying spend.
  • The stored value in each digital gift card expires 1 year from the date of issue.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, Frasers Experience (FRx) members must scan their FRx member QR code in the app when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, Frasers Property Digital Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

4. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, FRx members must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.

5. For supermarket spending from FairPrice, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at FairPrice Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.

6. For supermarket spending from Cold Storage, FRx member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their QR code at the respective mall’s Customer Service to earn Frasers Points.

7. All instant rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.

8. All instant reward benefits may vary across the participating Malls of Frasers Property. Please check details at the respective mall’s Customer Service.

9. The Management of Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption. 

10. Citibank and FPRM decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.

11. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.

12. FPRM shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Credit Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and FPRM shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.

13. Citibank and FPRM reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.

14. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.

C. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit here.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by The Management of Frasers Property Retail will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Frasers Property Retail reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
