LUCKY DRAW

1. The Management and employees of Frasers Property Retail Management are not eligible to participate in all mall-run lucky draws.

2. FRx members earn electronic lucky draw chances in ‘Power Prize Draw’ within the promotion period. Electronic lucky draw chances are registered in the system when member wins the lucky draw chances in ‘Power Prize Draw’.

3. The lucky draw will be conducted at 83 Punggol Central, Waterway Point Singapore 828761 on 28 June 2023, using a computerised programme.

4. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days after the determination of the results.

5. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.

6. If any prize is declined, the prize shall be passed down to the next reserve winner.

7. If any prize is unclaimed or uncollected within the stipulated timeframe, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and will be forfeited. Frasers Property Retail Management will not be responsible should any winner fail to redeem the prize within the specified dates.

8. Frasers Property Retail Management reserves the right to donate the forfeited prize to a charity of its choice or replace the prize with an item of similar value at any time and without notice in its absolute discretion.

9. Frasers Property Retail Management assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses that a winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize or in order to attend a prize collection.

2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Waterway Point will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

3. Information is correct at the time of printing. The Management of Waterway Point reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
