A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.
B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) developments.
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy:
Receive two $5 Food Vouchers
From 6 to 18 August 2024
Scan your FRx QR code in the app when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Minimum spend of $30 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.

Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2 to redeem your voucher

Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

Voucher is valid from 6 to 18 August 2024 and redeemable only at participating vendors of the Local Meets Global Food Fair as stated on the physical vouchers.

Any unused amount or value cannot be converted back to cash.

Not for resale or exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers.

Any lost, stolen, expired, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or reimbursed.

The Management reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions governing the use of the Local Meets Global Food Credit at any time without prior notice.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption, FRx members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
3. The following receipts, including but not limited to, are not entitled to instant rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, childcare centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/deposits, insurance policy payments, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payments made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
4. All instant rewards are available on a first-come first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
5. Please check details of reward benefits at Customer Service, Level 2.
6. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
D. OTHERS
1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply. For more information, please visit www.FrasersExperience.com.
2. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. Information is correct at the time of publishing. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
