A. GENERAL TERMS

1. ​​Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.​​
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.​​
3. Payment with GrabPay via the FRx app is currently available at participating retailers. Check in-store for the payment mode accepted on FRx app.​​

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP ​

1. ​Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls.​ ​Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.​ ​
2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.​ 
4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.​ ​

C. REDEMPTION​​

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards:

Yuletide with Yutopia
​From 8 to 28 Dec 2025

Receive a customisable Yutopia Korean-inspired keychain or pouch adorned with five patches with $150 spent, and receive an additional $10 Yutopia voucher, redeemable for exclusive IP or Yutopia merchanise with $180 spent.

​Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.​  ​​

• Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.​
• Minimum spend of $150/$180 in a maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions.
• Present your member QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same FRx account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2  to redeem.
• Thereafter, present the redemption slip at Yutopia’s event booth at the outdoor pop-up space to customise your keychain/pouch or purchase of IP merchandise.
• Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day regardless of total amount spent.​
• Available on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last.
• Applicable to in-store purchases and electronic transactions at Tiong Bahru Plaza only.​​

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.​

3. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points​ ​

4. The following transactions, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, child care centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/ deposits, insurance policy payment, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payment made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.

5. All instant rewards are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind. ​

6. All instant reward benefits may vary across the Frasers Property Singapore malls. Please check details of Tiong Bahru Plaza reward benefits at Customer Service, Level 2.

7. The Management of Tiong Bahru Plaza reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.​
