REGISTRATION & BOOKING

1. Do I need to be a FRx member to book a LINE FRIENDS Bouncy Fun play session?

• Yes, you need to be a FRx member to pre-register and participate in the play sessions. If you are not yet a member, membership is FREE, and you can register when you book for a session at https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/Summer2025. Alternatively, approach our event crew to help you sign up for a FRx Membership, or download the FRx app on ‘Apple Store’ or ‘Google Play Store’ and sign up via the app.

2. How can I book a Bouncy Fun play session?

• You can book a session at https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/Summer2025  from 30 May 2025, subject to the availability at each participating mall. You can book up to ten sessions in a day, subject to availability.

3. If I am at the mall, can I walk in for a Bouncy Fun play session?

• Yes, you may walk in and register on-site via https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/Summer2025. However, we encourage you to pre-book via the same link to secure a slot at your preferred session, as reservations are on a first come first served basis.

4. I would like to make a booking for my family, and I am unable to add more than 1 adult to my booking. Why is that so?

• Please note that bookings can only be made by an individual FRx member and for his/her children. All other adults who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking.

5. Is there a limit to the number of adults or children I can register for a single session?

• You may only register a maximum of 1 adult and up to 5 children in a single booking.

6. Do I need to book a slot for myself if my children are the ones who are participating in the session?

• No, you do not need to book a slot for yourself. If your child is between the ages of 7 to 17 years old, you may register on behalf of your child using your FRx membership. If your child is under the age of 7 years old, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please ensure bookings are made for both the child and the accompanying adult. Individuals who are 18 years old and above are considered adults and are required to have their own FRx membership and booking.

7. I did not receive a booking confirmation/cannot find my confirmation booking; can I still participate in the event or show up for my session?

• Please note that a confirmation booking is required for entry. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk email folder for the email or contact: FRhelp@frasersproperty.com(opens in a new tab) for us to provide you with the booking confirmation details again. Please note that if the booking cannot be retrieved, you may be denied entry to the event.

8. Can I make amendments/cancel my booking?

• All bookings made are final, non-amendable, and non-transferable. You may, however, cancel your booking via the confirmation email sent to you and book a new session at https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/Summer2025, subject to availability. For matters related to your booking, please write to promo@frasersproperty.com(opens in a new tab) for further assistance.

9. I am unwell and would like to transfer my booking to another person. Can I do so?

• Please note that all bookings are strictly non-transferable. You may cancel your booking via the confirmation email sent to you.

10. I have made a booking for 4 people for a session, however, 2 of them are unable to attend. Can I submit a cancellation for the 2 people who are unable to attend?

• Cancellations are for the entire booking party. If a part of your booking party is unable to attend, please inform the event crew on the day of the event and they will release the slots.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Is there a registration fee or minimum spend required to book a session?

• Registration is free and but a minimum spend of $50 in a single transaction at the respective mall is required to join a session.

2. Are there any age requirements for this event?

• Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult. When booking, please ensure bookings are made for both the child and accompanying adult.

EVENT DETAILS

1. I would like to find out when the Bouncy Fun sessions are at participating malls. Where can I find the information?

2. I have made a booking for a session. What do I need to bring to the session? 

• You will only need to have your booking confirmation email on hand and present your FRx app with a $50 same-day transaction for entry.
• Remember, socks are required for entry. Bring a pair of socks for yourself and your child/children, or purchase them for $3 per pair at the event.

3. What happens if I’m late for my session?

• Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their booked session. We will hold your slot for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter, your slot will be released and deemed as a no-show.

OTHERS

1. I can’t remember my FRx app login password. Can someone help me?

• To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” button on the FRx member sign in screen when you are making a booking at https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/Summer2025. All passwords are case-sensitive.

2. How is my personal data being used?

• Please rest assured that any data provided through our event registration portal will only be used to facilitate the event booking.You may refer to Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy Addendum and FRx Terms of Use for more details.

A. GENERAL TERMS  

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.  

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this event.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP   

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Singapore’s multi-feature app which allows FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across the following 11 Frasers Property Singapore developments: 

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as an FRx member via the FRx app, FRx website or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore developments. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation his/her full name, a verified mobile number, email address and such other information as may be required from time to time.  

For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

The LINE FRIENDS BOUNCY FUN EVENT ['Event'] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family and is held from 2 to 29 June 2025 at the following participating Frasers Property Singapore malls:

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Northpoint City, The Centrepoint and Waterway Point .

1. BOOKING & CANCELLATION

1.1 From 30 May 2025, FRx Members can book a LINE FRIENDS Bouncy Fun session at https://discover.frasersexperience.com/book/Summer2025.

1.2 Shoppers will require a FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to have their own FRx membership.

1.3 Booking of an event session via the FRx Event Registration portal is compulsory prior to attending the event. Sessions are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

1.4 Registration is free and no minimum spend is required to book a session. However, a single same-day transaction, with a minimum $50 spent at any participating FRx stores, via the FRx app, is required to enter the event.

1.5 This event is open to FRx Members and their children who are over 4 years old.

1.6 Children between the ages of 4 to 6 years old and below 90cm in height must always be accompanied by an adult during the 25-minute session.

1.7 Children must be at least 7 years of age and above 90cm in height to participate in the event without parental accompaniment.

1.8 FRx members can only register for themselves and up to five children in a single booking. 
Any additional adults and children who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking which requires a minimum of $50 spent in a single same-day transaction. 

1.9 Shoppers will have 15 minutes to complete the booking before their selected session is released to other registrants.

1.10 Shoppers will receive a booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation email must be presented and validated prior to entry to the event.

1.11 If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your email junk folder.

1.12 All bookings made are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. For matters related to your booking, you may write in to promo@frasersproperty.com for further assistance.

2. EVENT DETAILS

2.1 Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile number prior to their session timing to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to their registered session.

2.2 Each session will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time; thereafter your slot will be released and deemed as no-show.

2.3 Sessions will be available each day from 12.30pm to 9pm (weekdays) & 12pm – 9pm (weekends) (closed for cleaning from 4pm to 5pm daily),

2.4 Each session consists of 25 minutes of play time.

2.5 Socks are compulsory to enter the event, participants are encouraged to bring their own socks. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at the event for $3 per pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.

2.6 No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.

2.7 The Management of Frasers Property Singapore and their appointed Event Organiser will not be liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising in any way from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. E. OTHERS

1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.

2. All personal information within the event booking will be purged from the system 12 months after the event has ended. For more details, you may refer to Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy Addendum and FRx Terms of Use.

3. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Singapore will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

4. Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Frasers Property Singapore for the purposes of publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form are the property of the Management of Frasers Property Singapore and/or its authorised third parties.
