B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls.

Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point and Waterway Point.

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number and email address in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

• A total of nine entries will be shortlisted based on cuteness, Halloween-Spirit, creativity & orginality and featured on Tiong Bahru Plaza's Instagram page for public voting from 24 October, 12pm to 1 November, 11.59pm. Shortlisted participants will be informed via Instagram Direct Message by 23 October 2026.
• A total of 3 winners will be selected based on the highest number of likes on the respective posts of the submitted photos on Tiong Bahru Plaza's Instagram page.
• Each winner will receive 1x $50 FRx Gift Card, 1x carton of Pet Milk from Chewbarka, 1x Tesla Mini Dog Mode Figure each.
• Participants may submit multiple entries; however, each participant may only win once.
• Entries containing offensive, inappropriate, copyrighted and/or artificial intelligence (AI) created content may be disqualified.

2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Concierge, members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase.
