A. GENERAL TERMS

1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx member to qualify for this promotion.

3. Payment with GrabPay via the FRx app is currently available at participating retailers. Check in-store for the payment mode accepted on FRx app.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 11 Frasers Property Singapore (FPS) malls. Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.

2. Membership is FREE. Singapore residents and tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines or Thailand aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of FPS malls. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, a verified mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.

3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.

4. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx member’s benefits. Details can be found here.

C. REDEMPTION

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards / additional perks:

Receive a pass to a 75-minute coaching clinic with $30 spent.
From 3 to 24 October 2025

Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.

Minimum spend of $20 in a single transaction at any participating FRx stores.
Present your FRx QR Code in person to verify transaction details scanned to the same account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2 to redeem.
Qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Limited to one redemption per FRx member per day, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
Individuals may only participate upon signing a separate indemnity and release form in favour of Tiong Bahru Plaza LLP (owner of the mall) and Frasers Property Retail Management Pte. Ltd. (the mall operator) on the day of the session.
